We will provide our DSD Customers a freezer to use, free of charge, to display the products you buy from Ice Cream Warehouse. Freezers come in multiple sizes to fit your available space. Credit for all mechanical freezer failures and no charge for all freeze repairs or replacement.
You will be put on a route and serviced on a schedule. No need to call in orders. The driver will first scrape and clean your freezer before bringing in new stock. Ice Cream will be rotated and merchandised.
We will install point of sale materials to help generate sales. Every store is different and the space for advertising materials vary. We will work with the store owner to decide what is right for you. Static clings will be placed on the unit with the Plan-O-Gram as well as SRP.

Ice cream trucks come in many different styles, the most common being the step van or high top van. Ice Cream Warehouse does not sell or lease ice cream trucks. We keep Music Boxes on hand for purchase and may be able to help you locate any of the other necessary items.
Your freezer options are a cold plate freezer or a chest freezer with an inverter connection. Inverters work best when hooked up on a dual, deep cycle battery system. A heavy duty alternator, rated at 180-200 amps, could be a wise investment for your vehicle. These measures prevent your battery from draining and can be installed by most mechanics.
The most popular box in the industry is made by Nichols Electronics, we carry a supply of their boxes and will gladly help you with any warranty concerns. Another option is to install a CD player. Either option when connected to special 15-25 watt outdoor weather proof speakers will work just fine.
To get started, you'll need health and vending permits for the city and county you plan to work for. You don’t need a permit to buy from ICW, but we'll have to charge tax at the local rate for your purchase if you don't have a resale certificate. When you call to order provide us with all the details about your event. Place an order early when possible and schedule your delivery time for at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. Items are typically sold in either 12 or 24-count boxes and additional boxes may be added. You can hand out your own treats, self serve or hire a server we provide at a rate of $35 per hour.
Many mobile vendors use social media such as Twitter and Facebook to communicate daily specials and build rapport with their customers. Also, as fewer people carry cash, many drivers have incorporated using credit card apps and devices that attach directly to a smart phone to help increase sales.
We have several options for your special events. We can deliver freezers, ice cream carts with umbrella or concession trailers. All equipment is on a first come, first serve basis and minimums apply.

Push Cart will come fully-stocked with items from the package you choose along with umbrella. Push Carts use a standard 3 prong 110 volt plug. They are equipped with cold plates that will stay cold for 6 to 8 hours, on average, without being plugged in. Push Cart will be picked up after your event or the next day.
